Remove tags from the Artichoke tea bags. Place them along with the grapefruit peel, cinnamon sticks and ground ginger in a clean 12 oz mason jar. Using a mortar and pestle or spice grinder, grind the rosemary and coriander until pulverized. Add them to the mason jar.
Pour in organic vodka, ensuring that there is a slight amount of space at the top so that ingredients can be shaken. Cut a piece of wax paper and place over the mason jar. Place the lid on and seal airtight. The wax paper prevents leaking when shaking the jar. Shake for 2 min to mix and activate the herbs and tea. Shake every other day and say nice things to your herbal immune and digestion support!
Place the jar in a dark, cool location for 2 weeks. Throughout the duration of the 2-week span, you will need to shake the jar for 2 minutes per day to help infuse the herbs and tea into the vodka.
After two weeks have elapsed, pour the mixture through a cheese cloth to strain (a tea strainer is not fine enough). Squeeze the cheese cloth to remove as much of the bitters as possible. Pour into another clean jar with airtight lid (or amber glass dropper bottle) and store in a cool, dark place.
To use, drink 1/4 teaspoon by itself or add a few drops into a glass of water/sparkling water before, during, and after meals to aid in digestion and assimilation of nutrients from you meals.
