Hot Wings con Chilín

Ingredients:
Wings
- 12 clean and well-dried chicken wings
- ½ cup oatmeal flour
- 3 tablespoons of CHILÍN
- 1 tablespoon of ground white pepper
- 1 teaspoonful of garlic powder ½ liter of Grapeseed or Corn oil to cook
Dressing
- 4 tablespoons of CHILÍN
- ½ cup of agave honey
To Serve
- Lettuce leaves, washed, disinfected and dry
- Green onions finely chopped
- Celery and carrot sticks
Instructions:
Wings
- Put all the ingredients of the wings in a plastic bag, close the bag and mix well. Store in the refrigerator for 30min.
- In a large deep-frying pan put oil to heat.
- When the oil is hot enough, cook the wings in batch of 6. Cook the wings over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes on each side.
- Drain the wings very well on absorbent paper.
- To make dressing, just mix all the ingredients together and set aside to serve it together with the wings.
To Serve
- Arrange the lettuce leaves on a plate, on top distribute the chicken wings and sprinkle green onions on them.
- Serve with the honey dressing and celery and carrots sticks.
